on the topic i would now like to apologies to all my loyal fans who had come to the conclusion i was dead. idk why they thought that but that isnt the topic. as you can see the difference is actually quite disturbing so i am sorry and this is a reminder to change them often.
me filling it up, as you can see all the water i drink is put through two filters, it goes from the tap into the brita water jug which is placed into the fridge, its filtered there, the importance of filtered water is higher then what you would think. it helps to keep your taste buds from getting disturbed by bacteria and is a refreshment and mouth cleanser, ill now show below in photos how i make my water. In the first photo you can see a line on the drink bottle, i normally fill up my water to that line, Then add a max of 5 cubes and minimum of 2. today i went with 3. Then you close the bottle and have a refreshing water.
